1. Returns

We understand that there might be situations where you need to return a product. Our return policy lasts 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery. If 07(Seven) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some products, such as prescription medications, may not be eligible for returns due to safety and regulatory reasons.

After receiving your Return/Refund request, Somacy shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If Somacy finds that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Return and Refund process.

Situations may arise which may cause the action of return of product:

Product(s) delivered do not match your order;

Product(s) delivered are past or near to its expiry date (less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry)

Product(s) delivered were damaged


Note: If the product is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at somacymeds@gmail.com with details and photographic evidence of the damage. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Note:- Return or Exchange will be processed within 3-4 days

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at somacymeds@gmail.com.

5. Refunds for Processed Lab Tests

Once your lab test has been processed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund as the service has already been rendered. However, if there are any issues with the accuracy or quality of the test results please contact us at somacymeds@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete test order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will investigate the issue and either correct the order or provide a refund or credit, depending on the circumstances.

6. Product Cancellation

User may cancel the order of a product before it is out for delivery. On the receipt of order cancellation request, your order will be cancelled with immediate effect.
